Wood and Verbeek Named to National U18 Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp
The Rivulettes are incredibly proud to announce the recent accomplishments of Shelby Wood and Sarah Verbeek. Both Wood, from Cambridge, and Verbeek, from Timmins, have recently been named to the National Under 18 Team's Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp. Both players represented Ontario at the 2015 Nationals in Huntsville where Wood won bronze and Verbeek won gold. The Strength and Conditioning Camp will take place from May 4-8th in Hamilton Ontario.
