Geoff Haddaway
Geoff enters his 14th season with the Rivulettes and was named the PWHL Coach of the year for the 2017-2018 season. Geoff has been a part of the Team Ontario Coaching Staff on 5 different occasions and has been fortunate to be with teams that have won Bronze in 2015 and Gold in 2016. He was also the Head Coach of Team Ontario at the Canada Winter Games team in Red Deer in 2019. He was a part of the Team Canada U18 Selection Camp Coaching Staff in 2018. Prior to coaching the Rivulettes, Geoff was the head coach of the Elmira Sugar Kings of the GOJHL from 2007 to 2011 and was fortunate enough to be a part of the team that won the 2011 Ontario championship by winning the Sutherland Cup.
Geoff, a retired teacher who taught at Preston High for most of his career, and his wife Alison are lifelong residents of Cambridge and they have 2 grown children Rebecca and Lucas.Rob Hedges
Rob’s love of sports has meant that he has spent most of his adult life involved in minor sports in the Cambridge area, mostly in hockey and baseball. He was an assistant Coach and assistant General Manager for the Cambridge Winterhawks 1984-1986. During the 1991-1992 season as the General Manager of the Kitchener Dutchman, the team won the Ontario Jr. B Provincial Championship, the Sutherland Cup. More recently, he was on the Board of Directors for the Cambridge roadrunners Girls’ Hockey Association from 2006-2015, serving as the association’s president 2010-2014. He has also coached baseball for many years. Rob was the recipient of the Cambridge Sports Contributor of the Year award in 2018 and was inducted in to the Cambridge Sports Hall of Fame as a Builder for hockey and baseball that same year.
Rob is the president of RCH Building Accessories Inc. He and his family have enjoyed being a host family for out-of-town Rivulette players for the past ten seasons.Rob Stewart
Rob comes to the Rivulettes with extensive playing and coaching experience. Rob played 5 seasons of Junior B hockey with Cambridge, Kitchener, and Elmira from 2002- 2007. After finishing his playing career he immediately stepped into coaching helping Cambridge minor hockey with several teams most notably the Minor Midget AAA team where he saw 10 players selected in the OHL priority draft. From 2010-2022 Rob worked with the OHL’s Barrie Colts, most recently as the Assistant General Manager. He was involved in hockey operations as well as preparing the scouting staff for the OHL Draft.
Rob currently works at WD Sports & Entertainment where he oversees player recruitment and client services for players in the OHL, NCAA, PWHL ,and NHL clientele.Kelly Potocky
Kelly has been an assistant coach with the Rivulettes since 2015 and is entering her 11th season. Kelly was part of the Cambridge Fury (Rivulettes) in the early days of the PWHL where she played 4 seasons and served as both Assistant Captain & Captain of the team. Before coming to the Rivs, Kelly was the head coach of the Waterloo Ravens U15 AA team for two seasons. Prior to that, she served as assistant coach in the Cambridge roadrunners, Cambridge Hawks, and Abbotsford Ice associations. Kelly has her High Performance 1 coaching certification and has volunteered at the OWHA U18 High Performance camps as a coach.
Kelly, a real estate agent, resides in Cambridge with her husband and their two children.Jonathan Petro
Jonathan will be entering his first full season with the Rivulettes after helping out the last 2 seasons. He will be active on the bench and in practices and will also assume the role of Assistant Goalie Coach to help out EJ.
Jonathan played his minor hockey in Hespeler, and began his coaching career with Hespeler Minor hockey where he worked for several years sharing many successes particularly with the 2004 age group. During 2022-23 Jonathan was a part of the Cambridge Hawks U14 AAA coaching staff team while also starting to help out at practices with the Rivulettes. Last season, Jonathan was an Assistant Coach with the Hespeler Shamrocks Jr. C team while also becoming more involved with the Rivulettes.
Jonathan is a lifelong resident of Cambridge, a Golf Professional at Puslinch Lake Golf Course, and an on-ice official with the Ontario Hockey Association. Jonathan is excited to join the Rivulettes in a full-time capacity for the 2024 season. He and his partner Keshia recently purchased their first home in Cambridge.Stacey McConnell
Stacey will be entering her first season with the Rivulettes after coaching extensively with the Oakville Hornets Girls Hockey Association over 13 years. The past 7 years she was the Head Coach of the Oakville Jr. Hornets. During her time in Oakville, she also helped to build, develop and lead the unified High Performance Program for U13AA, U15AA, U18AA and U22AA teams.
Before coaching, Stacey played Division 1 at University of Findlay her freshman year and Division 3 at Rochester Institute of Technology her remaining 3 years. During her time at RIT, she was a 3 year team captain, named 3 years to the ECAC East All Academic Team, named 2 years to the ECAC East First Team, 1 year named to the ECAC East Second Team. Capping off her career being named to the RBK All-American First Team in her senior year and leading RIT to their first appearance at NCAA DIII National Championship Tournament.
After college she played in Europe in the EWHL in Slovenia for Lisjaki Maribor.
Stacey now works for the Hamilton Conservation Authority and lives in Brantford with her husband and 2 dogs. EJ Milne-Price
EJ is entering her 4 th season as the Rivs goalie coach. She played two seasons in the former PWHL for Burlington Jr Barracudas (2013-2014) and Mississauga Jr Hurricanes (2014-15) with a cumulative SV% of .931 and a GAA of 1.76.
She received a full scholarship to Robert Morris University. EJ is first in RMU history for career GAA at 1.79, and tied for first for career SV% at .926. She holds the record for most shutouts in a single season with six and also owns a RMU record by going 181:09 without allowing a goal against. EJ was named to the All-CHA First Team in 2017-2018 as well as being named Krampade ACHA Division I All-American Scholar in 2018. She was drafted 36th overall to the Markham Thunder in the CWHL in 2018.
EJ is now a full time coach operating out of Burlington, Ontario. She and her fiancé Dan, reside in Etobicoke.Dean Huyck

An educator, Dean brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. Over the course of his career he has been a teacher both in and out of the classroom. He has worked with professionals in all walks of life including educators, the corporate sector, athletes, and musicians. He has vast experience helping people to be the very best version of themselves with his understanding of how the brain can be trained to aide in optimal performance.
Dean loves hockey and gets more than his fix of hockey by not only being a part of the Rivulettes team but also as the Head Coach of the Guelph Intermediate A team.
He lives in Guelph with his wife, his 2 daughters, and his dog.Emily Laudi
Emily is entering her 3rd season with the Cambridge Rivulettes season as Head Athletic Therapist & Chiropractor. She is a former varsity rugby player at York University, where she graduated with a BA in Kinesiology and Health Science and Athletic Therapy. Emily then attended CMCC in Toronto to become a licensed chiropractor.
Emily enjoys hiking, baking bread, and watching sports in her free time. Emily resides in Guelph with her partner and offers clinical and injury rehab services to athletes and their families.Ron Haddaway
Ron is happy to be back with the Rivs in his 11th year as the equipment manager this season. There is no doubt he sets the standard in our league for this position. Ron has been involved in hockey in Cambridge for many years as an executive member, a coach or in his present role almost every year since the 1970’s. Outside of hockey, Ron enjoys golf, curling and following the lives of his 3 grandchildren.
Ron and his wife, Nancy (Official Rivulettes team baker), are life long Cambridge residents where they raised 2 children and take great pride in being a part of the Rivs family.Stoke Strength and Conditioning

Outside the gym, our owners Amy, Becca, and Jocelyne enjoy climbing, playing ball hockey and pickleball, and spending time with their dogs and cats.
