BioAva, a forward from Brussels, Ontario, is known for her speed, skill, and strong team presence. A 2025 high school graduate, she shone with the Cambridge Rivulettes U22 Elite for her competitive drive and playmaking ability. Shooting left with a sharp hockey IQ, Ava is excited for a big season at Preston Arena before continuing her hockey career at Western University in fall 2026.
Off the ice, she enjoys sewing, Modern Family, and music from SZA and Drake—especially “Nokia” as her pump-up song. Inspired by Taylor Heise, Ava also loves rugby, dreams of traveling to Greece, and hopes to one day attend the Olympics while pursuing a career in sports.
Advice to young athletes: Trust the process—everything happens for a reason!
