BioSadie is a 5'8" forward from Caledonia who has committed to play for Wilfrid Laurier University in the fall of 2026. A left shot known for her energy and determination, she played last season with the Oakville Jr. Hornets U22 Elite. Growing up in a hockey‑centric town fueled her passion for the game, and she continues to bring that drive every time she hits the ice. Off the ice, Sadie’s hidden talent is doing handstands, and she loves binge‑watching The Office while listening to Taylor Swift. She also enjoys soccer and dreams of traveling to Italy. Inspired by Sarah Fillier, she hopes to pursue a career in engineering.
This season, she’s excited to build chemistry with new teammates and compete for wins. “Run This Town” gets her game‑ready, and one day she hopes to witness a Game 7 Stanley Cup Final.
